When you're in the state that is voted the hottest state in the country this Christmas....

 Feliz Navidad!!

Yep so, we had a chilly Christmas here in Hemet California at a freezing cold 80 degrees... besides that, it's been a crazy but fun week! And to start it all off, I got to go to the Redlands temple! It was literally so amazing, and I feel very blessed to have been able to go my first transfer! SPEND TIME IN THE TEMPLE!
Food
We ate literally so much food this week wow! On Christmas eve, we had 3 dinners yes 3. I thought I might die but tamales make it worth it! We also got to try some new things, pupusas, ponche, and an El Salvadoran dish that was literally sooo good! I'm blessed to get fed by so many, but wow pray for my stomach the next 16 months!
Milagros!
Ok so this is pretty dang cool. Hermana Haws and I were out doing a stop by in a trailer park. He wasn't home, depressing. Buttt as we were walking out, we ran into a NEW FRIEND, Ricardo! He was so so nice and wanted to know more about Jesus Christ! The problem is, he lives in Beaumont which is out of our mission buttt we invited him to church and gave him a BOM so mission accomplished and he's gonna drive out here and try to go to church with us for the first time! So cool!
Christmas shenanigans
We've been able to do lots of fun things this Christmas! Like go caroling and bring cookies to friends! It's been so fun, and I just absolutely love the spirit of Christmas and being able to talk about the reason for the season, Jesus Christ, to everyone I meet! We also were able to do a white elephant party at Presidents house which was so so fun! I got playdough and a kid's bouncy ball so that's kinda legendary!
Christmas day
Christmas day was amazing and chaotic all at the same time! Us missionaries had to put the Sunday sacrament Christmas service together, I think it's safe to say we had a lottt of faith that every one of our friends and members would be able to be there. They didn't show up. But hey I got to use my broken Spanish a lot over the pulpit #SCARY!
After that, we were able to visit more friends and ward members which was so fun! And to finish it all off, we all took melatonin and crashed at 10.
I hope you keep Christ as the reason for every season! He needs to be the center of our lives always!
Love you all so so much!
God is so good!

The hardest thing I've ever loved to do

God is a loving Heavenly Father. The first principle we teach as missionaries.  A simple statement, but one that has changed my life.  God...
