I had a lil fall.....

What a week ladies and gents! Started off with last pday! Yep, a week ago. Since I've had covid my body has been trying to recover fully and it's been rough. We were checking out of Walmart after getting all of our shopping done and I started feeling nauseous, my legs went numb, my eyesight went dark and next thing I knew I was on the Walmart floor. Haha it honestly was funny looking back at it now. Thanks to my companion who caught me, I didn't hit my head. Apparently, a side effect to covid is low blood pressure so boom bam I was passed out. Not my finest moment sitting on a chair hunched over a garbage can in the checkout of Walmart, but ya win some ya lose some. I had a little fall. Covid sucks. Period.
Milagro
Wow wow wow we had such a milagro this week! After being quarantined for a week, I was super super worried about our area and our friends. I prayed a prayed a prayed that everything would be okay and that we would be able to work hard and do all that we could for our friends. And the Lord heard my prayers and provided some prepared people! On Tuesday we got a call from the English elders in another zone that we also cover for Spanish, and they told us they had a Spanish friend that that met who gave them his number. Told us to reach out. We texted him and told him we spoke Spanish and that we were holding our English class that night.... he showed up! It was awesome and the next day we had a fire lesson with him and our bishop and now he is praying about the Book of Mormon and one true church! Ahh it was so cool, and it all happened in a matter of 2 days!!
The wedding
Ok so anotha milagro would be one that's been a long time coming. Our 2 English friends, Jim and Jen, have been wanting to get baptized for so long. They have been taught by missionaries for 3 years but just needed to get married to be baptized. After lots of praying and fasting they decided not only on a baptism date, but on a wedding date too! They are getting married this weekend and will be baptized on November 4! We are so excited! They are the best ever!
I love Jesus!
This week was so good. I've really had to put a lot of trust and faith in the Lord these past few weeks. I've learned a lot from doing so. When we fully submit our will to His, the blessings are amazing. I've recognized His hand more in my life and have seen power of the atonement change me. I have experienced his pure love and know that when I can't hold it on within my two hands, his are right under mine to take what slips through the cracks. He is so good. He is so merciful. He is so loving. I love my Savior so much and am grateful for his example to me.
God is so good!
Jesus loves you!

The hardest thing I've ever loved to do

God is a loving Heavenly Father. The first principle we teach as missionaries.  A simple statement, but one that has changed my life.  God...
